Project Initiation Phase

In this phase all parties involved in the project and their exact roles are identified from both parties; the client and SAHU LOGICS. On the Sahu Logics side, a project manager is assigned to the project. In addition, the resources required for the project are defined; whether human resources, hardware resources, or documentation and material.
